These sections describe the intended boundary in clear language. They are not a replacement for counsel-approved commercial terms.
The public site explains NexusWork and provides a way to request a conversation. It does not grant customer workspace access or create a commercial agreement.
Use of a NexusWork workspace is limited to people authorized by the organization that owns that workspace and is governed by the applicable agreement, operating policy, and access controls.
Visitors and users must not disrupt the service, bypass access controls, probe another user’s data, or submit harmful or automated content through public forms.
Public descriptions explain capabilities at a high level. A specific deployment, support commitment, integration scope, or commercial term is confirmed only through a reviewed engagement.
Public product pages may be viewed for evaluation and understanding. They do not grant a right to copy, reverse engineer, redistribute, or represent NexusWork source, designs, or product materials as another offering.
This is a plain-language draft, not final legal terms. Counsel must review and approve formal terms before the site is presented as a commercial offer.
